Returns.

We will happily exchange any full price purchase provided they meet the following conditions, however the sale of discounted items is considered final.

Refunds are offered for damaged or faulty items only.
Not for change of mind.

If you wish to exchange/return an item for any reason, contact us with your intent to return within 30 days of initial delivery at orders@there-store.com.
You will have a further 7 days to post the goods back to us.

Goods must be packaged appropriately and be accompanied by your proof of purchase, whether an invoice, bank statement, delivery note or email confirmation.

As we do not accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit we strongly advise customers to use Registered or Express Post so you are able to track your return package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned products must be clean, unworn, unmarked, and free of damage in their original saleable condition including all packaging.

Once your package is received it will be reviewed and you will be notified via email whether or not your return has been approved. If approved your exchange items will be shipped, or your refund processed within 7 days. Your refund, will be issued to the method of original payment. Returned items that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted and will be posted back to you.
